A Terrier of the Glebe Buildings, portions of tithes and other Rights belonging to the Vicarage & parish Church of Soham in the County of Cambridge & diocese of Norwich & now in the use & possession of John Harwood M: A: Vicar: made according to the knowledge of the present inhabitants of Soham a fores,d this eight day of Octr one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five.

Impris.
The Vicarage house Standing in the Church yard on the South Side of the parish Church with a Barn, Stable & Brew house thereunto belonging.

Item.
The yard adjoining to the house with an Acre & half of pasture.

Item.
Five Acres of Fen Land through the middle of which passes a drove way from Brook Street to Soham river.

Item.
All the preadiall Tithes great & small arising from all the Home stalls in the parish & from the Improved Fen grounds Excepting ye tithes of a place called the Mare which pays a Modus of 13s : 4d to the Rectory in Lieu of All tithes as determined by a Judgment in the Exche,r An 1693.

Item.
All proediall tithes arising from very many particular grounds Arable & pasture in Several other places in all parts of the parish & all sorts of tithes arising from the Lands in the Hamlet of Barraway.

Item.
The tithes of Increas of all Living Creatures all over the parish or a Modus for them Excepting the fore Said Mare as before determined.

Item.
All kinds of Customary Oblations for Communicants, Marriages, Churchings of Women, Burials & c: & mortuaries.

Item.
There is no Custom in the parish for not paying tithes in their proper kind excepting 2d for a garden & 1d for the wood Spent one harth & 1, 1/2d or 2d for the milk of a Cow & 6d for every Calf & 2s - 6d for every Dove house & 5s for every Mill 1s for a foole.
